My attention having been called to a defamatory article on Public Works Contract which appeared in yesterday's "Hong Kong Telegraph"

I am obliged to request His Excellency's perusal of the same, and to beg that the newspaper be referred to the Attorney General for his opinion as to whether the article admits of legal proceedings.
